BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is helping you stay "cool" in more ways than one this summer with the launch of its newest brew, the Cool Tricks IPL.
Brewed in collaboration with Petaluma, California-based Lagunitas Brewing Co., the new Cool Tricks IPL takes the hoppy taste of an Indian Pale Ale, but smooths out the flavor with a colder, longer-lagering process. The result is a more sippable pale ale that's perfect for summer. As Alex Puchner, Senior Vice President of Brewery Operations at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc., explains, "Cool Tricks IPL is the quintessential blend of our brewing philosophies and the perfect result of a couple of old dogs doing new tricks to bring a fresh and unique experience to the craft beer scene."
