'Mill It,' the renowned plant-based food brand, recently announced the launch of three new plant-based buttermilk salad dressings including Classic Ranch, Creamy Italian, and Thousand Island. Each dressing boasts only 60 calories per serving and is made from real ingredients that you "can pronounce." In addition, the plant-based buttermilk base is made with millet and sorghum which have a high nutritional value, are non-GMO, and require zero fats or hydrogenated oils to improve flavor (compared to soybeans, almonds, tree nuts, and oats).
The new Mill It dressings are available at Whole Foods, Sprouts and Harris Teeter nationwide, as well as online at Fresh Direct and Vegan Essentials. As more consumers opt to follow a plant-based lifestyle, we can expect more brands to follow suit with delicious vegan offerings.
