Dior and Parlet for the Oceans Unveil the Beachwear Capsule
Dior works in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans to launch the new Beachwear Capsule headed by Kim Jones' mission to work towards a more sustainable future for the fashion house. Choosing to work with Parley supports the brand's connection to support working against major ocean threats.
The capsule is made up of packable jackets, poplin pants, as well as the B23 sneakers that are notable for incorporating Adriatic graphic heather fabric materials and rests of biobased plastic sole units. The latest range sees a palette of blue and ochres along with branding details that celebrate Dior such as the Dior Oblique patterm. The sustainable angle uses Parley Ocean Plastic crafted from upcycled marine plastic debris and fishing gear.
