Over the last few years, meatless products have taken off thanks to the support of plant-based eaters and flexitarians, and alongside plant-based versions of beef, chicken and pork, vegan seafood alternatives are coming to the forefront. Seafood lovers can now enjoy a variety of animal-free products in the form of crabless cakes, plant-based shrimp, fish-free filets and innovative sushi alternatives.
