From Bluetooth-Enabled Public Seating to Portable Adverbenches

Peculiar Public Perches change the urban landscape. The attention span of the average person depleted, the need for a new way to interact with public space is becoming an universal ambition. When public domain becomes an advertising playground, there is still attempts at transforming the landscape into a multifunctional public good that can provide not only seating but a complimentary service -- whether it is just an aesthetic masterpiece or a charging station.
Normal park benches are no longer doing it for pedestrians. In the lives of the multitasking urbanite, stopping and taking in the roses is no longer an option. Using creativity to intertwine an ordinary bench with an unexpected offering sparks conversation, and thus, public seating is being transformed.
