From Decadent Decomposing Cakes to Breath-Freshening Bites

Mint is perhaps one of the most distinctive flavorings in existence. With amazing breath-freshening capabilities and its ability to add a light flavoring to a multitude of dishes, it's no wonder that this herb moseys its way onto menus so often.
Though many would argue that mint's most natural infusion is in the ever-popular mojito cocktail, the flavor has been a great add-on to cupcakes, ice cream and many more dishes. Clearly offering a good range of interpretation, and pairing exceedingly well with chocolate, it's clear that the flavor deserves such ubiquity. Mint is a wonderfully refreshing flavor, and seems to be a perfect fit for summer-ready edibles and cocktails.
Whenever enjoyed, mint adds a fresh and welcome complexity to the dish it takes part in.
