The latest launch from Aura Bora—a herbal sparkling water brand that's not afraid to make unconventional flavors like Thanksgiving-themed green bean casserole seltzer—is a non-alcoholic olive oil martini in a can. This canned cocktail got its start after a conversation between Aura Bora's Paul Voge and Andrew Benin of olive oil brand Graza. "The two of us went from joking about it to taking it seriously to making samples of it to loving what we made," Mr. Voge shared with Food Business News, "and fast forward a year and a half later, here it is."
Part of the uniqueness of the canned cocktail is that it's a non-alcoholic option and yet it captures the essence of a traditional martini in a truly never-been-done-before way using Graza’s boldly flavored Drizzle oil.
