Đổi Dá Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Enhances Vietnamese Food

A Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon called Đổi Dá is the newest venture from Cuong Pham, the founder of Red Boat Fish Sauce, and it brings attention to the unexpected similarities between wine and fish sauce. Both artisanal products are fermented and aged in barrels and need exceptional care, minimal intervention, and most of all, time as a key ingredient.

This exclusive release is limited to just 160 cases, and the limited-production 2022 Napa Valley wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, spotlighting Oakville and Rutherford fruit.

"Not many people think of Cabernet Sauvignon and Vietnamese food, but it absolutely works," says Cuong. Đổi Dá Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon beautifully pairs with everything from ribeye marinated in umami Red Boat Salt to chicken wings marinated in Red Boat Fish Sauce.
