The Heretics Blowhorn Rosé is the latest expression from the English wine brand that's crafted with a refined flavor experience in mind to offer the market something it hasn't seen before. The wine is crafted with Pinot Noir grapes that were gently destemmed before being held on skin for four-hours before gently being pressed and settled with no crushing taking place. The wine is positioned as the UK's first 100% barrel-fermented rose and is done so in Burgundy barrels to give the final product a pale and delicate color with tasting notes that make it incredibly drinkable.
Chief Hustler Gareth Maxwell commented on The Heretics Blowhorn Rosé saying, "We wanted to do something that English wine (or really, any wine) wasn’t. The labels being created by new, young creative talent and the links to music and fashion weren’t anything that we’d seen from anyone else. It’s all things that we love, and we thought that coupling that with our love of wine would appeal to the like-minded."
