The Fat Hippo x BrewDog Glasgow Kiss Burger is Artisan-Quality

The Fat Hippo x BrewDog Glasgow Kiss burger and meal have been created in collaboration between the burger brand and the brewery as a new option for customers to try out this springtime.

The burger pays homage to some of the most recognizable flavors of Scottish cuisine, and boasts a signature Fat Hippo beef patty with a square Lorne sausage smashed patty, fried haggis crumb, cheese, HP sauce, Fat Hippo sauce and pickles. The meal comes with a side of the mini Cajun Tattie Waffle Squares along with a serving of BrewDog Black Heart Cheesy Stout Gravy.

Fat Hippo Operations Director Michael Johnson spoke on the Fat Hippo x BrewDog Glasgow Kiss burger and meal saying, "Our specials really allow our team the creative freedom in exploring the latest flavours and ingredients to find new ways to showcase the iconic Fat Hippo taste experience. With Black Heart’s rich flavour profile it naturally complimented our signature meaty flavours and helped to create a perfectly balanced burger.
