FAIR's New Liqueur and Whiskey Feature Ingredients from Oaxaca

Mission-led ethical spirits producer FAIR added two new SKUs to its range of flavored liqueurs and spirits, Chipotle Liqueur and Oaxaca Whiskey, both of which take inspiration from traditional Mexican ingredients.

The brand founded to bring Fair Trade practices to the alcohol industry launched an ethically sourced Chipotle Liqueur that uses chipotle peppers from Oaxaca. These smoked, dried peppers are infused in neutral alcohol for two weeks before Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water is added to balance the flavors.

FAIR's Oaxaca Whiskey is made with ancestral blue corn sourced from Oaxaca, which undergoes a double distillation process in copper alembic stills. After being aged for four years in single-fill bourbon casks, this Mexican whiskey with a French influence spends six months to a year in Virgin Limousin oak casks in Cognac.
