Designers Anonymous Created the ‘Warm Red' Pantone Gift

It’s not unusual to give wine as a gift during Christmas; however, the London-based design agency Designers Anonymous created the ‘Warm Red’ Pantone present to add a clever twist to the gift packaging to make it more original.

The designers put a red mulled wine inside a rectangular, red and white box. The white area has a message in clean typography that is accompanied by an asterisk. The message says “PANTONE Warm Red C.” Once the box is opened, there is a black bottle of wine with a printed message in white and a larger asterisk that comically reads, “Add a touch of color to your cheeks this season, with a glass (or two) of mulled wine. Warmer wishes from Designers Anonymous.”

The ‘Warm Red’ Pantone gift by Designers Anonymous doesn’t only show the agency’s interest in cultivating good relations with friends and customers, but lends a nod to the increasingly popular graphic design culture.
