Molly Bz serves up unconventional flavors like Bobadoodles and Hot Mess—loaded with mango chunks and white chocolate, then topped with Hot Cheetos—and the bold, divergent gourmet cookie brand is breaking into the freezer aisle with the launch of a new sub-brand, The Trashy Gourmet.
The Trashy Gourmet will debut frozen, par-baked air fryer cookies, including an “OG” chocolate chip flavor. Additional flavors are set to follow, including a peanut butter cookie called Let's Go Nuts, and a Celebration sugar cookie with sprinkles.
“Air fryer everything is hot right now,” said Molly Blakeley, founder of Molly Bz, “We’re going to be doing a lot of fun things like the air fryer cookies under the sub-brand.”
