Portillo’s is expanding its salad options to include two cravable new options: the Spicy Chicken Chopped Salad and the Chicken Pecan Salad with Bacon.
Perfect for the spring season, both of these new made-to-order salads will be available from Portillo’s locations nationwide. The first of the new offerings, the Spicy Chicken Chopped Salad, takes the brand's best-selling chopped salad and adds spicy breaded chicken and hot giardiniera on top, along with Portillo’s House dressing. On the other hand, the new Chicken Pecan Salad with Bacon combines spring mix with red cabbage, sliced grilled chicken, crunchy pecans, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and Portillo’s new thicker, crispier bacon, all tossed with a new creamy Honey Peppercorn dressing.
