MAD Greens is ushing in spring with the launch of its new Cleopatra Salad.
A meal truly fit for a queen, the new Cleopatra Salad features a fresh mix of quinoa, spinach, spring mix, and cabbage, all tossed with red onion, almonds, cranberry, feta, house-grilled chicken, and a sweet herb vinaigrette. As Darden Coors, CEO of Salad Collective puts it, "With this salad, we were looking to give our guests a new nutrient-dense salad packed with flavor. We are known for making healthy food that is delicious and nutritious, and this salad is right in that sweet spot."
Available from April 5th through until June 28th, the new Cleopatra Salad can be ordered online or in-store at any MAD Greens locations.
