It's not difficult to take a selfie, but in this Turkish Airlines commercial Kobe Bryant and Lionel Messi aim to one-up each other in the 'Selfie Shootout.'

It starts as Messi takes a selfie and sends it to Bryant, challenging him to "beat that." This offsets a full-on selfie war between the two athletes, who have to travel to better and better destinations for the ultimate background.

The guys capture pics of themselves having their faces licked by lions in Africa, narrowly missing being eaten by a shark while scuba diving and photobombing one another's photos. This is a clever ad for Turkish Airlines, since it not only combines two sports powerhouses, but also delivers its message that it "flies to more countries than any other airline," which is what helped to fuel the Selfie Shootout for so long.
