This Russian billboard caused some initial head-scratching. The slogan on the Russian billboard roughly translates to ‘A complete set of road rubber,’ and the picture is of four tires and a condom. The Copyranter blog awarded a prize to the billboard for ‘strangest use of a condom in an ad.’
Since the bewilderment, commentators have added that it would appear the Russian billboard is for an AIDS awareness campaign, and that it may be targeted at Russian streetwalkers. While that adds a little bit of sense to the message, it still leaves this as one of the weirdest billboards on the Internet.
