After making a name for itself with eggless mayonnaise and other innovative free-from products, JUST is now branding out with a vegan ready-to-eat cookie dough range created by Michelin-starred chefs.
JUST Cookie Dough is being introduced in classic Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake and Chocolate Mint flavors, all of which are completely eggless and safe to eat straight out of the jar. Eggs may be a key component of cookie dough, but JUST replaces this ingredient with sorghum, an ancient grain that boosts moisture and is known for its binding properties. Otherwise, some of the simple ingredients that go into the making of the vegan cookie doughs include wheat flour, sugar and natural flavors.
The cookie dough products are being introduced in large-format foodservice tubs, 14-ounce jars and single-serve cups.
