Avid readers will definitely appreciate the ‘Read More Movies’ Whicoulls prints which encourages people to get into reading more.
The concept of the ‘Read More Movies’ Whicoulls prints is actually a very clever concept. Instead of just promoting books, they go after the ones that have been adapted into film. The whole purpose is to convince the readers to read what they’ve seen on film so that they truly appreciate the author’s original story and intention.
The ad agency behind this campaign is DraftFCB from Auckland, New Zealand who have used The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and my personal favorite, A Clockwork Orange to serve as the main visual and inspiration behind the project. All the images were produced using the words of the book.
