Trader Joe's is officially celebrating the arrival of fall by releasing a range of pumpkin-flavored products, including its Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli.
The brightly colored pasta product naturally gets its brilliant hue from annatto and turmeric and boasts a design that is described as "radiant red-orange on one side with a more muted tone on the flip—like the outside and inside of an actual pumpkin."
The outer durum wheat flour casing protects a filling that includes a rich blend of real pumpkin, honey, sugar and molasses, plus ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.
