To help people get in the celebrating spirit of the holiday season this year, Danish butter brand Lurpak created a public Christmas tree made from 500 blocks of its own product packaging.
Since the season is a special time of year that wouldn't be quite the same without food and people to share it with, the 26-foot holiday tree is surrounded by a serving area with festive dishes to sample. On its UK tour, Lurpak is helping consumers get a taste for mince pies, roast hams, potatoes and chocolate yule logs, all of which are made with Lurpak product.
To further inspire consumers for the holidays, Lurpak is also giving away recipes and festive baking essentials. The festive butter-themed tree can currently be seen at Edinburgh's Castle Street, followed by its last stop on the tour at Covent Garden in London.
