Prequel is a new skincare brand that was created to address skin health and the cause of common skin concerns at the root with clinical solutions. The brand is introducing itself to the world with three core products designed to treat whole-body skin issues and reverse barrier dysfunction: the Gleanser, a non-drying glycerin cleanser for face and body, a multi-purpose Skin Utility Ointment and the Urea Repair 10% Urea Moisturizing Milk for the face and body.
Prequel is the newly debuted solution-focused skincare brand from board-certified medical and cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Samantha Ellis MD, FAAD, and The Center, a Los Angeles-based brand accelerator. "I like to think of this brand as 'basic plus,'" says Dr. Samantha Ellis, "We've taken tried and true skincare ingredients and formats, but elevated them from a formulation standpoint, a packaging standpoint and an innovation standpoint, all at an attainable price point."
