Treeline is a brand that's known for its non-dairy cheeses and it is taking its offerings to the next level with an ultra-gourmet line of plant-based artisanal cheeses called Treeline Reserve. These plant-based cheeses were created with cheesemakers in Spain so that consumers can experience the essence of blue and ripened rind cheeses without any actual dairy being involved.
The two new cheeses from the new line are True Blue and Bloomy Rind. While the former takes after a classic blue cheese and uses real Penicillium Roqueforti molds like most of the world’s best blue cheeses, it uses cashews. Bloomy Rind is also made from cashews and it's said to have a taste that's both subtle and creamy.
Fans of these new ultra-gourmet plant-based artisanal cheeses will be pleased to know that more varieties are set to follow in 2023.
