As nut butter and chocolate go hand-in-hand with one another, Brooklyn-based bean-to-bar chocolatier Fine & Raw launched a decadent new Cashew Nut Butter Bar. The Cashew Nut Butter Bar boasts a combination of raw cashew butter and dark chocolate, which is said to have a "light caramel cookie taste."
Prior to this year's Summer Fancy Food Show, Fine & Raw also unveiled all-new packaging across its entire collection, which boasts bright floral imagery to express its passion for natural ingredients. The brand also added a second new flavor to its range, a 70% Cacao Bar, which combines a high percentage of dark chocolate with added coconut butter. In the spirit of making change, Fine & Raw also experimented with making some of its chocolate bars thinner, as it found that more surface area causes the chocolate molecules to be quickly released on the tongue.
