This Remote-Controlled Robotic Bird Provides Nivea Sun Protection

'Care from the Air' introduces an unconventional and unexpected way for people at the beach to receive Nivea sun protection. A remote-controlled robotic seagull drone was flown across the beach in order to dispense sun protection cream to those spending time exposed to harmful UV rays.
In the past, Nivea has introduced a number of different ways to encourage sun protection at the beach. A few of these examples have included a doll with skin reddens with increased exposure to sunlight, water slides that coat kids in sunscreen and wearable sun protection bracelets. Since it can be a challenge for parents to apply adequate sun protection to their children as it is needed, these methods introduce alternatives to simply squeezing product out of a bottle.
