The new Flavours Orchard in Kunmig China will feature a bevy of strange but interesting pieces of architecture. The orchard will be expansive and feature a multitude of energy efficient villas.
Vincent Callebaut architecture is a savant with inventive design in the field of architecture, but this is his most ambitious project so far. The entirety of the Flavours Orchard will be 90,000 square meters and will feature 45 eco-friendly buildings. The villa will even have a self-managed food garden and an automated energy redirection system just in case all the greenery and electrical innovations weren't enough to convince people.
The buildings come in three main forms: the shell, the ribbon and the mountain. Each one uses glass liberally to make a vibrant and showy masterpiece in economically efficient design.
