MINDLiNG is an online self-therapy program designed by expert psychiatrists and psychologists to recreate the therapy experience on an app. This app helps to reduce physical, psychological and economical barriers to care and it uses a three-step process to simplify the mental care journey.
First, users measure their stress using their finger and a smartphone camera to determine their stress levels and resilience based on Heart Rate Variability. After this, other assessments are conducted in order to determine the user's stress patterns. Finally, the MINDLiNG app gathers insights from the biophysical signals and stress patterns to recommend a customized digital therapy program powered by proven therapy practices such as schema therapy, CBT or ACT.
