Although there are many meal kits from Chef'd that may be ordered with ease online, the company is now expanding beyond ecommerce in a partnership with Gelson's that will introduce its convenient kits to brick-and-mortar locations.
The first of the online-to-offline meal kits are being introduced to the Gelson's Valley Village/North Hollywood, with plans to expand to the Southern California store. These meal kits from Chef'd may be found at a dedicated cooler, on an end-cap in the fresh produce department.
Some of the Chef'd recipes that are being introduced to Gelson's include Maple Glazed Pork Chops, Indian Beef Short Rib Tacos and Cajun Chicken Pasta, all of which provide the pre-portioned ingredients needed for quickly making gourmet meals at home for a price of $24.99.
