From now through March 26, 2020, customers who visit any of Daphne’s locations can enjoy the chain's new limited-time lavash wraps.
Like many of Daphne’s dishes, the new wraps are rooted in both Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, but made with a modern twist. The new lavash wraps highlight the popular Middle Eastern ingredient lavash bread, which is a thin unleavened flatbread traditionally made in a tandoor. Guests can enjoy three different types of wraps made with lavash bread, including the Fire Feta Gyro Wrap, the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap, and the Crunchy Falafel Wrap. As the brand's Culinary Director James Bailey explains, " “We wanted to showcase lavash bread in a pure form, but pair it with exciting handmade sauces like babaganoush and cilantro hummus, which we knew would add tons of flavor and complement the proteins well."
