Loisa's Home Cooking Tools Take Cues from the Latin Kitchen
Laura McQuarrie — September 12, 2022 — Art & Design
Loisa invites consumers into the Latin kitchen with its selection of organic Latin spices and sofrito cooking sauce, and it is now expanding into kitchenware made expressly with Latin cooking in mind. There are four core kitchenware products from Loisa: the Tostonera, Skimmer, Masher and Mortar y Pestle. While Tostonera was made for mashing plantains into tostones, the Skimmer takes the form of a slotted spoon with a bamboo handle, this tool for scooping without scratching pots or pans. There's also the masher with a round end and a classic Mortar & Pestle in a bamboo design with a detached silicone base.
These Latin-inspired kitchenware essentials promise to bring vibrancy into homecooked meals, all the while honoring sustainability and quality.
