'House CR' is Abruptly Segmented in Two Halves

House CR's unique qualities are visible immediately. The home's exterior is divided into two starkly segmented halves, one of which is relatively staid and normal, while the other is completely pure white. The odd white half further replaces its second storey with an outdoor garden that is accessible from the interior.
As if the facade wasn't odd enough, the interior is unique for a family home as well. The rooms are decorated with photography by Liesje Reyskens, a young Belgian art photographer. Her images feature female models often dressed up in bright pastel colors, like Barbie dolls of the mid-20th century, and many of those prints are nudes. The color and raciness of the photography offsets the otherwise austere white decor throughout the family home.
