A Whole Foods Market in Boulder, Colorado now has a healthy food bar that gives people a taste of vegan milkshakes, Beyond Burger patties, as well as other meat substitutes like Gardein's Chick'n Tenders. Toppings that can be added at the burger station include a range of flavorful vegan options like Chao cheese, tartar sauce made from a base of Hampton Creek's Just Mayo.

At this station, there are also a few all-day vegan breakfast options, including lemon pancakes, avocado tostadas and a sweet potato scramble.
