This absinthe and gin cocktail is known as the Foaming Fairy. A play on absinthe's nickname the Green Fairy, the alcoholic beverage contains an egg white, which gives the drink its foamy quality. From Greg Henry of SippitySup, the libation includes ingredients like fresh lemon juice and The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters in addition to the small egg white, absinthe and Hayman's Old Tom Gin. Everything but the bitters are added to a shaker to get the frothy magic.
