Rather than reintroducing a new spin on Gin and tonic, Beefeater 24 is introducing a Gin and tea beverage. The drink is made with a two handpicked botanicals, which have been infused in the drink for 24 hours, hence where Beefeater 24 gets its name from.
Taking inspiration from Asain patterns and woodens fans, the design builds off of the tradition of tea drinking. Packaging for Beefeater 24 was developed by SuperTuesday, in collaboration with Brand Union and Johanna Basford. When it's closed up, the box containing the bottle of gin loooks fairly ordinary, but it dramatically opens just like an Asian fan, revealing the bottle inside in a showy way that would make it a fantastic gift box for lovers of tea or gin.
