Pernod Ricard Introduces Beefeater Zesty Lemon

French wine and spirit maker Pernod Ricard has added a new lemon-infused gin to its Beefeater range called 'Beefeater Zesty Lemon.' According to the brand's founder James Burrough, the new expression was made using the "freshest lemons" picked directly from London's Covent Garden market.
The new bottle arrives at 37.5% ABV and is described as delivering a "zingy freshness" that caters to today's "discerning gin drinker." According to the company, the new expression was inspired by the Burrough’s Lemon Gin that was first produced in the 1950s -- a unique spirit that also combined the tangy flavor of lemon with classic notes of juniper and the earthy taste of angelica.
“Our new flavored gin is not only vibrant and perfect for Instagram, but citrus has always been at the center of Beefeater, making it a perfect fit for the brand, said Murielle Dessenis, the Global Brand Director of Beefeater.
