Freakin' Healthy Expands Locations to Saudi Arabia
Freakin' Healthy is a snack food startup that offers plant-based options started by a Saudi-born Lebanese Canadian entrepreneur Roy Koyess. It is now distributing 10 product lines out to 250 locations within Saudi Arabia with plans to continue to expand further to European cities as well.
The snacks have no wheat, no dairy, zero refined cane sugar, soy, gluten, preservatives, no artificial color or flavors. Currently, it is distributing its product lines to supermarkets, cinemas, and gyms. Koyess talks about upcoming plans, stating that “The outlook for 2021 looks very promising. As we’re coming off a year that had its many challenges, we managed to take the situation as an opportunity to optimize our business and drive efficiencies. This in turn has set us up to reap the benefits in 2021.”
