In an effort to cater to consumers following the keto diet, Dang Foods has debuted a brand new snack bar lineup called FATBAR. While the name may sound counterintuitive, the new bars are actually a healthy snack option.
FATBAR is a new snack lineup that is aims to help consumers stay in the full-fat state of ketosis, which is when fat is burned for energy instead of carbs. Each bar "contains 200 calories, 16 grams of fat, and four grams of net carbs," which makes them a perfect option for anyone following the keto diet. Better yet, the bars are also plant-based, and made with delicious ingredients such as coconut, cocoa butter, pea protein, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
