The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) will soon be debuting a collection of commemorative fashion NFTs ahead of the launch of a metaverse fashion exhibition, Fashioning the Shades of American Design. Both of these initiatives are part of the CFDA’s 60th-anniversary celebrations and they recognize the important role Web3 plays in the future of fashion.
There are seven one-of-one non-fungible tokens that are dropping and the auction of these digital assets will help to benefit the CFDA Foundation. There's a Coach NFT that depicts the brand's beloved mascot, as well as a dynamic NFT depicting Diane von Furstenberg's timeless wrap dress. Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger are also among the iconic brands featured in this collection of commemorative fashion NFTs.
