These new Bluegrass Ingredients dairy concentrates have been created by the specialty food ingredients supplier as a series of solutions for helping its customers to combat against the riding cost of butter.
The brand has created six new butter and cream concentrates that include the Cream Cheese Concentrate Factor 5 Wet, Buttermilk Concentrate Factor 15 Wet, Butter Concentrate Factor 15 Dried, Brown Butter Concentrate Factor 10 Dried, Buttermilk Concentrate Factor 10 Dried and Whole Milk Concentrate Factor 6 Dried. The ingredients are rated to help customers cut costs and at an impressive level, while also accommodating for the changing preferences of today's consumer. All of the products are clean label and certified Kosher.
