The Cove Vodka is a new spirit from the Devon-based brand that comes as the first of its kind form the region and is achieved using local ingredients. The vodka is made with King Edward potatoes that have been grown right on the brand founder Leann Carr's family farm to ensure the utmost attention to a high-quality product. The spirit features a 40% ABV and comes in a variety of bottle sizes ranging from 50ml all the way up to 700ml.
Carr spoke on the new Cove Vodka saying, "After many discussions around the dinner table about the different ways you can cook and enjoy potatoes we decided to take things a step further and make potato vodka. Using the finest Devon potatoes and Devon spring water, combined with small batch traditional copper pot distillation, we’ve created a distinctly smooth and delicious vodka which captures the essence of Devon.”
