Disneyland is well known for its wild Halloween treats, but this year the theme park is also celebrating the Day of the Dead with a show-stopping Coco Cake.
The Coco Cake from Disneyland's Paradise Garden Grill is a Day of the Dead-themed creation that draws inspiration from a beloved Mexican dessert: churros. Created by the Central Bakery team, the Coco Cake is a multi-layered cake with alternating later of vanilla sponge cake and churro cake. In between each layer is a spiced cinnamon mousse studded with crunchy white chocolate bits. Finally, the outside is coated in a rich cream cheese frosting. To drive home the Day of the Dead theme, the whole cake is topped with a tiny sugar skull decoration.
