Sipsmith's Small-Batch Chilli and Lime Gin is Fruity & Piquant
Laura McQuarrie — May 26, 2020 — Lifestyle
Sipsmith is introducing a series of limited-edition gins with the Sipping Series and the first installation is the small-batch Chilli & Lime Gin. The spirit takes inspiration from lime, an ingredient that's associated with the classic gin and tonic, and pairs it with flavors that are fresh, spicy and complex. As ever, the gin boasts notes of juniper but they're joined by red chilli, zesty ctirus, melon, pine, mulberry and sweet chilli.
The versatile spirit is packed with quality seasonal botanicals and it has the potential to be showcased in everything from G&Ts and margaritas to mojitos and spritzes. To make a G&T with a refreshing and spicy kick, drinkers can pair Sipsmith's newest creation with chilled tonic water and garnishes to reflect the main ingredients in the product.
