Blacture is a new and innovative platform that features healthcare, financial services, job creation, technology, and urban development in Pittsburgh. This was started by Pras Michél and his vision of propelling African-American culture to amplifying the voices of the population. Pittsburgh City Council officially declares May 2nd as Blacture Day as well.
