Thanks to the design firm Carbon, the Bea's of Bloomsbury cupcake kiosk in Abu Dhabi features a stunning design. This particular Bea's of Bloomsbury cupcake shop is the London-based cafe's first international branch, located in the Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi.
Carbon gave the luxury cupcake store a chic Victorian twist that also offers a touch of modernity. To completely immerse the customer in the Bea's of Bloomsbury products, the designers decided to enclose the area with frames, creating a retail-like environment for treats-loving customers. The entire design of the kiosk is based on "theater," in which shop's environment is the stage and the cupcakes are the cast.
The designers also ensured the Bea's of Bloomsbury cupcake shop could be translated to other areas of the UAE by creating a 'Kit of Parts.' The modular feature of the kiosk means it can be adapted to the requirements and constraints of other sites.
