This bacon lasagna recipe stacks two of the world's best foods on top of each other in layers, as it also includes mac & cheese. The Bacon Mac Lasagna was created by The Vulgar Chef, who wanted to create something he could care about and the world would care about.
The traditional ricotta is replaced with macaroni and cheese, while the ground beef layers are substituted with bacon. Kyle Marcoux used half a pound of Hormel bacon to make bacon weaves (six slices of bacon a weave). Tomato sauce and extra cheese were also added to the stack and the bacon lasagna was cooked on broil until everything melted. You can add your own garnish to the dish as well.
