Google now has the ability to display AR lessons to users through its search engine. The AR lessons can be accessed on mobile devices, where users can see 3d content including the spacesuit worn by Neil Armstrong, and an interactive human anatomy model. Users can access the content by searching for different systems in the human body, and from there they can select a ‘View in 3D option.’
In order to create the content, Google collaborated with Biodigitial, a 3D software platform. Google also collaborated with
Visible Body, to create 3D models of cells from animals, plants, and bacteria. Google also allows users to record AR videos of this content for future reference.
