The commercial would like us to think that when Shakira eats Activia there are hundreds of little Shakira's belly dancing inside of her; which is fitting since dancing is an activity that makes her happy.

With the tagline "Feeling good starts from the inside," this Activia commerical hopes to make women comfortable with themselves first. Having a regulated digestive system helps with body image as it helps you get the proper nutrients from your food.
