In an effort to raise awareness about the health benefits of taking a fitness class from 'The Bar Method' -- a ballet styled exercise class -- the brand launched a new commerical as part of its ‘A New Strength’ campaign.
The video showcases how the ballet class was more than a simple work out for breast cancer survivor Michelle. In the video, it simultaneously shows Michelle working out while she discusses how the work out let her focus on what her body was capable of and allowed her to feel stronger and healthier.
