Loyalty program apps are increasingly becoming an avenue for brands to ensure that consumers have quick and easy access to the various benefits they are willing to offer in exchange for consumers' attention.
The Sonotize app is one such example, with the app encouraging users to listen to Spotify Premium songs in exchange for points. Consumers gain points for every five seconds that they listen to a song on Spotify Premium, and can eventually cash those points out with gift cards from brands like Amazon and Sephora.
The Hollister Club Cali program has been brought back and gives incentives for users to purchase from the store, as well as download the HCo app. For every dollar spent on Hollister merchandise, users will receive 100 points, which will eventually add up to enough points for them to use towards their purchases. Customers can also receive more points by downloading the HCo app, as well as completing their profiles on it.
