WorldPride is still a young festival, having been celebrated only three times over the last fourteen years, so it is no wonder that LGBT-friendly travel resources are needed. The fourth international event is set to take place in Toronto, Canada, between June 20 to June 29, 2014. The 10-day event will draw a huge international LGBT community to the North American city, yet there are other places both safe and fun to visit as these LGBT-friendly travel resources show.
Whether consulting informative infographics that rank cities in terms of gay-friendliness or signing up to attend an LGBT convention such as the Gaymer Convention, there are plenty of enticements for the gay and lesbian community to head out of their own native home.
